Anna Litvinenko is the founder and Strategic Advisor of Empire Group. She brings more than a decade of professional and entrepreneurial experience spanning finance, accounting, financial analysis, risk assessment, strategic development and international project leadership. Her work is centred on complex decisions where financial consequences, organisational transformation and long-term market positioning intersect.

Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit. She is currently a PhD Candidate in Business Administration at Tallinn University of Technology. Her doctoral research examines the integration of artificial intelligence into organisational processes, learning and decision-making within financial institutions, with a particular focus on the banking sector.

Her academic work explores how organisations move from the individual use of AI tools towards sustainable organisational capabilities, and how human expertise, technology and institutional knowledge interact in practice. She is the author and co-author of peer-reviewed research addressing artificial intelligence in organisational learning and knowledge management, credit-risk forecasting, cash-flow-based financial analysis and quantitative methods for financial decision-making.

Alongside her work in finance and research, Anna has founded and developed international projects across business, culture and premium experiences. This entrepreneurial background has given her practical expertise in brand management, market positioning, strategic communications, public relations, partnerships and international project development.

At Empire Group, Anna personally leads the Strategic Advisory practice. She advises businesses, founders, executives and private clients on financial strategy, AI integration, organisational transformation, international business challenges and brand positioning.
